Swerve Strickland vs Jay LethalLethal took Strickland in the Crossfade. Strickland managed to escape, however Lethal kicked and seemed to hurt his knee. Lethal attempted to inject the Lethal Injection however, Strickland hit Lethal in his knee. Strickland knocked Lethal by using his House Call. Strickland took to the top of the rope and struck Lethal via Lethal with the Swerve Stomp and then pinned Lethal to the floor.

Orange Cassidy, Hook, and Katsuyuki Shibata were on stage behind the scenes. Cassidy claimed he had an announcement, however Wheeler Yuta interrupted him before he could even speak. Yuta said to Shibata that they would be regaining his title of Pure Rules Championship.
MJF as well as Adam Cole came to the arena. Cole stated that I’m not ready to walk or even wrestle. The lights went off and an image of the devil was displayed in the video. When the light came on, it was back, and Samoa Joe made his way to the arena. Joe stated that he was to ensure that you’re respecting our agreement where I have a rematch with you for an AEW Championship. MJF made a comment that flashed out. Joe ran after him however Cole instructed him to stop. Cole said to MJF that’s what MJF did.
