As per reports from Sports Illustrated, Pepperman’s new role at AEW will see her serve as the Vice President of Content Development, working closely with Tony Khan to shape the direction of the promotion’s live programming.

Pepperman’s illustrious career includes three Daytime Emmy Awards and a noteworthy stint as one of WWE’s longest-serving female creative team members.

Interestingly, Pepperman’s transition to AEW isn’t the only recent backstage development for the promotion. AEW also announced the return of QT Marshall as an executive vice president, further solidifying its backstage leadership.

While the exact commencement date for Pepperman’s tenure at AEW remains undisclosed, her arrival marks another significant addition to the promotion’s growing talent pool.
