A former WWE tag team, The Grizzled Young Veteran have said they’re enjoying exploring options after their WWE demise.
It was announced in October 2023, that Rip Fowler as well as Jagger Reid from the Dyad were leaving the organization due to an expiration date of their WWE contracts.
Since then, the Grizzled Young Veterans also called Zack Gibson and James Drake have been breaking it up in the independent wrestling world and have been competing with DEADLOCK Pro-Wrestling, Over The Top Wrestling as well as other promotions.
In an interview with Alistair McGeorge of Metro, Gibson and Drake discussed their plans and shared how excited they are about exploring the various possibilities. Gibson added:
“Without offering too much All of them are being considered. We’re simply exploring the possibilities .”
In the event of a possible return to WWE, Gibson stated:
“If this is the final chapter then at least we can do what we like doing. If all goes well it will allow us to go around to return to where we were in the first location. What if you could just visualize the direction we fly to first and then land in a place when we’re ready to take off.”
