John Cena to host talk show on Roku “What Drives You”

After finishing his latest WWE run by having Solo Siko over at WWE Crown Jewel in the middle of this month Saudi Arabia, a new project in Hollywood with John Cena has been announced.

Variety revealed the news today Cena will present his first talk-show on Roku Originals as Cena will host and produce “What Drives You.” The show will have eight episodes in the initial season.

The synopsis reads “Cena is cranking up the engine on “What Drives You,” an innovative talk show format in which it will take him on a road trip with his famous buddies in their most beloved vehicles which have a particular significance to the people they travel with. In each episode, he’ll share an automobile with a brand guest who is a newcomer for an in-depth conversation and curiosity-fueled adventure when they’ll discuss a assortment of laugh-out-loud and extremely personal subjects as they reminisce about their most memorable experiences with their beloved vehicle.”

John Cena’s Roku story

The show is the newest in the collaboration with Roku and Cena who has previously appeared as a character in “Die Hart 2: Die Harter.” He is an executive producer on the forthcoming docuseries “WWE Superstars of Tomorrow.”

It’s ITV America’s Leftfield Pictures will produce it and David George, Shawn Witt, Sean Moran, Jay Bienstock, Cena, and Dan Baima are the executive producers. Sean Boyle oversees the series on behalf of Roku.
