Rey Mysterio is unfortunately on the sidelines after sustaining another knee injury which led to having surgery. Because of his speed and agility, Mysterio has dealt with numerous knee injuries throughout his professional career.
The time he was in the ring hasn’t affected his popularity with the public, since he’s among the best adored wrestlers around. Unfortunately, we will not see him on TV for quite a while.
Then, at Crown Jewel, Mysterio lost the United States Titles to Logan Paul in Saudi Arabia. The week before at SmackDown, Mysterio had a disagreement with Santos Escobar as Escobar felt Mysterio was a partisan of Carlito. Escobar took a turn and slapped Mysterio and slapped The WWE Hall of Famers.
Mysterio posted on social media this morning that he has recently had knee surgery. This is only one of the more than 10 knee surgeries He has undergone since breaking into the world of wrestling. We wish him quick recovery.
