Ronda Rousey addresses the possibility of her wrestling in AEW

Ronda Rousey was recently asked about this.

ROH

There’s been a lot of speculation about what the next steps for Ronda Rousey following her participation in an event for ROH in the month of March that was featured on an episode of ROH TV.

2023

Rousey was able to leave WWE following the August Summer Slam event, in which Shayna Baszler fought her former WWE Women’s Champion at an MMA rules-based contest. She then worked two separate matches together with Marina Shafir, a longtime acquaintance and former WWE superstar.

Rousey was believed to be in an agreement of handshake with ROH that would like to hire her in the future, if she decided to continue doing matches. The reason the match was broadcast at ROH TV was to help increase Honor Club subscriptions. The latest news came from PW insider earlier this week stating that Rousey hasn’t planned to wrestle at a full-time basis in the near term since she’s focusing on becoming mom and marketing her memoir due out in April 2024.

The address

When she spoke to TMZ Sports, Rousey was asked if she would consider her wrestlers being a part of AEW. She responded, “No, no, I don’t think so,” when asked why she wasn’t thinking it was the case in the question.
