Top Dolla Speaks Out on WWE Departure Following Release

After a guest appearance at the TNA’s Hard to Kill pay-per-view on the 13th of January Former Hit Row member AJ Francis (fka Top Dolla) is taking advantage of what could offer a bounty of possibilities beyond the WWE’s confines.

The schedule for January’s booking was posted via his Twitter account, Francis compared his current chances to the ones he enjoyed when he was in WWE and seemed more content today than he did when employed by the organization.

Francis tweeted:

My schedule is more full than at the 3 Letter Company in the skies…

I’m also doing more promotions and generating more buzz now as well… My name is everywhere.

It’s almost as if… It’s almost like I didn’t cause the cause of the issue.

As Francis mentions in his blog post, stories about backstage tensions throughout Francis’s time at WWE have led to many people online drawing conclusions and accusing Francis over the release date of September 2023.

But, with these reports appearing online, it looks that the former NFL player is not having any difficulty finding the work as a free-agent.

In Francis’s posting, he appears in the process of working on behalf of TNA and will make a return appearance planned for Jan 19-20, and January 20 in Orlando.

In addition, Francis is set to follow his unexpected return to GCW on December 19th with a performance at the GCW’s Look at Me event on Jan. 26. A show which will also include his fellow WWE alumni Mansoor.

Francis isn’t the only ex- WWE name that is reportedly set to have an upcoming role in TNA and another newly release star was revealed to officially sign with TNA.
