The WWE SmackDown faction may be dropping a wrestler soon and possibly in the next few weeks, based on where things are going. Please note that there’s an announcement at the end of this article.
In WWE Crown Jewel, Kairi Sane was back in the WWE to aid in helping IYO SKY retain her Women’s World Championship. Sane’s return came as a surprise to Bayley and fans wondering if Bayley’s days are over given that SKY was targeted by her in 2020, during her final appearance for the company.
On the Friday night SmackDown, Sane said that she was sorry to Bayley for her actions and was later accepted as a part of Damage CTRL. Then, during the show it was revealed Asuka was also a part of the group. WWE has been making the possibility of conflict among Damage CTRL for months, and this was evident on Friday in the segment which was taped following the show to be used to be used in SmackDown LowDown. SmackDown LowDown show that airs on Peacock.
In the clip below, we will watch Damage CTRL celebrating as Bayley is the only person to enter the room. The body language in the video makes evident that Bayley isn’t in complete the loop of events in the room and there are signs that she’ll be ejected shortly.
The Survivor Series less than two weeks from now, there’s been a lot of discussion on Twitter about whether Bayley is going to be ejected from Damage CTRL and turning babyface or costing the team the game.
Women’s War Games match is not publicly announced but, as announced by Wrestle Votes The plan is IYO SKY, Bayley, Kairi Sane, as well as Asuka against. Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, Shotzi, and another member. The fourth participant is believed to be Becky Lynch.
