The entire wrestling world is aware it’s official that CM Punk will be back with WWE. The company invited him to arrive at the close of the show following The Men’s Wargames Match. Punk was not in contact with anyone, and the stage faded in black when his song played for around an hour.

At the press conference following the show, Triple H said that this deal was made late, and that while fans were discussing the possibility that there was a deal signed with Punk and the deal was negotiated after speculation had died down. Sean Ross Sapp reported on X that Punk claimed to have had a conversation with Triple H for about an hour earlier this week. Punk entered the backstage area right before heading out to the arena. In essence everybody within the organization was unaware that he was going to show at the event.

On camera Seth Rollins had to be restraining by security since Punk was seen leaving the stage. Rollins has spoken out previously about his displeasure with Punk to return to WWE since they appear to have a an unsavory history. Although their past is true but this is still pro wrestling, and if there’s an opportunity for money making, you could make it into a slant and that’s what’s taking place in this instance. Take a look at the video below to see Rollins being restraining from being shackled by WWE staff.
